About Kairo Daily
Supports how you feel, not how you look.
Kairo Daily is a psychology-informed daily wellness ritual for busy women who want steady days and to feel like themselves again.
Why Kairo exists
Built for the mind behind everyday habits
Most wellness brands start with the body. Kairo started with the mind behind it: the habits, routines and pressures that shape how women actually look after themselves.
Kairo is built by a founder with a background in psychology, who understands both the body and the mind behind everyday habits. That's why Daily Metabolic+ is designed as a ritual, not a regime. Two capsules after a meal, tied to something you already do, so it fits into a busy life instead of asking you to rebuild it.
What we stand for, and against
Wellness without the diet culture
We stand against diet culture, shrink-yourself messaging and wellness copy that lectures women. Here's what we do instead.
-
How you feel, not how you look
No before-and-afters, no counting, no pressure to change your body. Our focus is steadier days and feeling like yourself.
-
Psychology-informed rituals
Habits stick when they're small, repeatable and tied to something you already do. That's how we design Kairo to fit your day.
-
Full disclosure, honest claims
Every ingredient and amount on show, and only the health claims authorised in the UK. Where an ingredient has no authorised claim, we say so.
-
Information, never a lecture
Clear, kind information so you can make your own choices. A supplement isn't a treatment, so if you're managing a condition, your GP is your first port of call.
Who we're for
Busy women who want to feel like themselves
Women juggling work, family and everything in between, who want a simple daily ritual rather than another plan to follow, and who like to know exactly what they're taking.
Feel steady, every day.
That's our promise. A daily ritual that fits around your life, alongside a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
